Wij ontvangen jouw producten, verwerken je voorraad waar jij altijd realtime zicht op hebt en zorgen ervoor dat de bestellingen snel en goed verzorgd bij jouw klanten terecht komen.

Receipt of goods

As an online store, you can choose to send products to us directly from your supplier or you can deliver them to us yourself. After receiving the products, we can take care a product check, and process the incoming products in the inventory system.

Real-time inventory management

We link your online store to our inventory system, making stock processed by us immediately available to your customers and automatically deducting ordered products from stock. This gives you real-time insight into your stock. Together we can coordinate how your stock is managed.

Processing of orders

Thanks to a direct link with your online store, orders come directly to us without you having to perform any additional actions. Orders are created in our order picking system and automatically enter our order picking routine and are processed by us.

Packing of orders

Would you like to ship your products in your own box/shipping bag, would you like to include certain flyers and/or gifts with every order, or do you have other wishes regarding the packing of orders? Together with you we will fine-tune the packing, so that each order always fits perfectly with your online store.

Shipping & Transport

Thanks to collaborations with different transport companies and owning our own transport, we can always tailor the shipment of your orders to your needs. Together we choose the most suitable shipping method for your products and coordinate the delivery time of the orders from your online store.

Return Processing

Does your customer want to return something? No problem! We can also take your online store returns off your hands and process them for you. Depending on your rules and wishes, together we coordinate the return process and handle all incoming returns the way you want.
